Health Plans

P.F. Chang's Hawaii offers an attractive, comprehensive health package to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hourly employees who work an average of 20 hours per week are eligible for 100% paid medical plans. After 6 consecutive months of being on the medical only plan, the employee becomes eligible for paid dental, vision and prescription benefits. Eligible employees can choose either HMSA or Kaiser.

Once you qualify for health benefits, P.F. Chang's Hawaii will cover 50% of your dependant medical premium.

Vacation

P.F. Chang's Hawaii recognizes the importance of taking time off to take care of yourself- to relax and recharge. We provide vacation to hourly employees who maintain a minimum of 32 hours per week and are employed for at least 1 year.

1-5 yrs. - up to 10 days per year
5+ yrs. - up to 15 days per year

401(k)

Your financial future is important. Sign up with 401(k) and you will receive money from P.F. Chang's Hawaii! Employees who meet eligibility requirements- 18 (or more) yrs. or age, have been employed for a minimum of 1 year and worked at least 1,000 hours within the year, will be matched $.50 on the dollar up to 6%.
Supplemental Insurance

AFLAC is offered to all employees that maintain at least 20 hours per week. AFLAC is offered at a cost to employees and they may choose from sickness and life insurance.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

P.F. Chang's Hawaii people are important! With that, we offer EAP benefits through Workplace Solutions Hawaii to all employees. EAP programs are effective in dealing with short-term personal issues with resources to help you balance work and life.

Shift Meal

Hourly employees are offered a Family Meal provided during business hours on a first come, first served basis.

Discounts

While you are not working and dining in your home restaurant, we offer a 25% discount on certain food items for you and up to 3 guests. Discounts do not include alcoholic beverages.

24 Hour Fitness

We recognize the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle that many of our employees at P.F. Chang's Hawaii lead! We have partnered up with 24 Hour Fitness to offer a reduced membership to all employees.
