The first P.F. Chang's restaurant in Hawaii opened on September 12, 2006 on the ground floor of Hokua located at 1288 Ala Moana Blvd.
The restaurant occupies approximately 7,500 square feet and current plans include customer seating of 282 with 166 seats in the main dining room, an outdoor dining area with 74 seats, a 42-seat bar and a station of accommodate take out orders.

The second P.F. Chang's restaurant in Hawaii opened on March 31, 2008. Located on a prominent two-story site at the Royal Hawaiian Center on the corner of Kalakaua Avenue and Lewers Street (2001 Kalakaua Avenue), P.F. Chang’s Waikiki will occupy more than 11,000 square feet on two floors with customer seating of 375. Serving lunch and dinner daily.
